Youth Group classes: Ages 5 - 11

Monday: 6pm-7pm  Youth class (all levels)

Wednesday: 6pm - 7pm Youth Class (all levels)

Saturday: 10-11am Youth Class (all levels)

 

SMALL SAMURAI PROGRAM: AGES 5 - 7   

 I have been teaching children since 1987, (when I trained in New York),  And with time, seeing the needs of younger kids and other so called kids programs, we developed a curriculum to suit their learning abilities. Summer of '07, We started the Small Samurai Program. Unlike other so called kids programs, our stays with the concept of the learning the true MARTIAL ARTS / KENPO ... SELF DEFENSE!!!

Our curriculum is designed to teach self defense, awareness, fitness and child safety to the younger kids. There are three group classes a week to attend. our special family rates are unbeatable.

Hello! those other so called "after school programs" are nothing more than a day care for kids with a false front saying " they'll teach your kids martial arts, discipline, respect and honor." That comes with any true martial arts training, that is just a hype to get you in the door. Lets call it what it really is. a day care with an additional cost of buying the uniform, and no martial art training.

PLEASE go and look for yourself. It is nothing more than letting kids jump around and play games. There are even some schools that enroll kids under 5 years of age, starting them as young as 3 years old, and pass it off as martial arts training.

 

 

Adult Group Classes:

Monday: 7:30 pm-8:30 pm  Adult Class (all levels)

Wednesday: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm (all levels)

Thursday: 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm Adults (all levels)

Friday: 7:30-8:30 pm  Advance Class (Green Belts and Up)/ Fight Club (all ranks, this class runs every other week)

Saturday:  11:30 am-12:30 pm Adult class (all levels)

 Private lessons are geared to accommodate your busy schedule.

Day time private lessons are also available...

Our private lessons are designed to work around your busy schedule. the lessons are offered to students from the ages 11 and up and run a half hour long with a certified Black Belt Instructor. you can either have lessons biweekly or weekly depending on which packet you choose.

student s that take private lessons can benefit by learning 17 times faster than doing just group classes alone. they also increase their skill level at a rapid pace. private lessons gives them the chance to work on the areas that need more attention and keep their strong areas in tune.

This class is designed to teach the Kenpo healing art, Tai chi, Stretching, Meditation and Breathing, Chi kung (Internal energy exercise). to teach an individual how to improve  their outlook  and enjoy life. in the class you will learn how to increase stamina, release tension, relieve headaches and back aches, heal twists, sprains and bruises, improve posture, quiet the mind and strengthen the body.

PILATES CLASS:  

PILATES INSTRUCTOR & CARDIO KICKBOXING, SARA A. HUPP                      AFAA CERTIFIED

Tuesday: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (all levels) PILATES

Thursday: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (all levels) CARDIO KICKBOXING

Saturday: 9:00 am - 10:00am (PILATES) and

1:00pm - 2:00 pm CARDIO KICKBOXING) (all levels)

The program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
