need for self defense and the mind frame of battle. (remember 911) We teach the Tracy System of Kenpo (TRADITIONAL KENPO), focusing on private lessons, with real certified instructors. Having probably one of the most complete systems in the martial arts, we offer sessions for every individual need and offer family discount rates. We specialize in personalize training, and now offer a mediation / Kenpo healing art / tai chi / chi kung class called the INNER YOU!!! We are what mixed martial arts would like to be. So called mixed martial arts schools do not teach every aspect of the martial arts, such as forms, tai chi, weapon defense etc... they may teach some shoot fighting or cage fighting concepts, and pass it off as self defense. Remember there are no rules, weight divisions in street fighting. Plus the threat of multiple attackers.
